I’m a product management leader, enterprise technology operator, and executive/life coach. I currently serve as a Product Leader at a Fortune 500 organization, where I drive product strategy, manage complex platforms, and align high-performing teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Throughout my career, I’ve led product and technology initiatives across diverse industries—spanning financial services, healthcare, retail, and enterprise tech—working both as an in-house Product Owner and as an external management consultant.

I know firsthand what it takes to own a product vision, protect engineering focus, and deliver scalable solutions within large matrixed organizations. But I also know the hidden side of executive and enterprise product roles: the constant context-switching, the friction between competing business priorities, and the subtle pull toward burnout when you're trying to perform at the highest level both at work and at home.

As a father of three, my life outside of corporate product leadership involves managing family schedules, supporting youth sports, and constantly refining the art of personal energy management. Balancing a demanding Fortune 500 leadership role with a thriving home life isn't about finding a mythical "50/50 balance"—it's about building ruthless prioritization, clear boundaries, and intentional focus.

Driven by a passion for community and industry growth, I also organize ProductCamp Chicago, a non-profit organization that hosts the city's premier annual "unconference" for product managers, product leaders, and UX designers. Through ProductCamp, I help bring together hundreds of local professionals to share peer-led insights, explore emerging methodologies without sales pitches, and foster authentic connections across the Chicagoland product ecosystem.
